Cat bi-level miniature puzzle box with kitten key. Lift key to slide and remove lid of the first level. Revealed is a velvet flocked interior with a "MEOW" inside. Lift and remove a second kitten key to slide out a second level of hidden velvet flocked compartments. One cat shaped compartment contains a tiny padauk heart surprise. The other contain a tiny mouse hidden away from all the felines.
